The Fireactiv® Self Heating Back Support is a variable compression device with 2 stage deep heat therapy. Designed to help reduce unwanted or excessive movements at the lower back, it’s ideal for people suffering from chronic back ache due to repetitive sporting or occupational activities.
Deep heat therapy increases local blood circulation, helping with healing and tissue repair whilst warming aching muscles. The variable compression support has dual secure Velcro-closure tensioning straps to ensure a close, comfortable fit.
The back support is also supplied with heat pads for the stomach area making it ideal for stomach strains and cramps.
Available in 5 sizes, The Fireactiv® Self Heating Back Support’s are available for waist sizes between 20″ – 50″ (50cm to 127cm).
Note that the belt has a range of around 6 inches, which is achieved though repositioning the main Velcro strap at the front of the support belt, and by using the velcro side straps that can be moved back and forward to increase or decrease the tension in the belt.
The support is supplied with 2 sets of pads (2 red and 2 white), the larger pads are for use on the back of the belt, with the smaller pads being for the front of the belt to give pain relief in the stomach area, ideal for cramps and stomach strains.

Using the Fireactiv Self Heating Back Support with one of the red or white removable pad will help to retain heat from the body.
The most effective way to use the Fireactiv Self Back Heating Support is when it is placed directly against the skin, as the pads will radiate deep heat back into the body.
This reflected heat is known as long wave infrared radiation, which dilates blood vessels, increases blood and oxygen circulation.
The area of the body where the pads are placed will remain warm when the support is removed as the heat is contained in the body rather than in the heat pad.
The use of long wave infrared radiation can help to speed up the healing process for any injuries present and provide a level of relief to painful areas.
The Fireactiv Thermal Back Support is supplied in a 25x30cm Zip Lock bag to keep your support and pads together when not in use.
With this Zip Lock bag can also keep your support away from other items in your gym (or any other) bag, so you always have everything together in one place.
Your Thermal Back Support also comes in an attractive drawstring cotton bag, which you can use to transport your support should you not want to carry a larger bag.

After receiving my back strap i have used it on and off for a few months just when i felt some dull back pain. But i really notice what this product can do after a heavy session at the gym next day was suffering with the dreaded doms in my lower back, for my job isn’t helpful so i whacked the pad on after 10 mins felt the heat starting to build and wore it for about 30 mins. Removed it and i felt my doms had reduced and move that little more freely .
Its a fantastic product and if your looking for something similar with near infra red but cost is stopping you, these products are a great choice for a 5th of the price of a red light devices

I just wanted to share my experience with the Fireactiv back support. I had a bit of an incident cycling home from work the other day and twinged my back. Not ideal, especially with two kids to chase after! I decided to give the Fireactiv support a go and straight away, I felt more confident moving around.
After about 8 minutes, I could really feel the heat from the pad. I took it off after about 15 minutes, and it had genuinely helped to ease my back. The warmth stayed with me, and believe it or not, I was out dancing later that evening. The strangest thing was, as I was dancing, I could feel the warmth come back in the area where I’d worn the support. It’s a brilliant product, and I’m genuinely impressed.
