We currently ship Fireactiv® products to all areas of the UK including the Channel Islands. We also ship to the Republic of Ireland and most other countries worldwide. Wherever we have an exclusive distributor in place in countries other than the UK orders will be re-directed to this distributor.
In the UK we aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days (Monday to Friday only). If this is not possible for whatever reason we will inform you via e-mail.

UK orders for Fireactiv® goods are shipped by either courier service or by Royal Mail recorded delivery. All deliveries require a signature on receipt. If there is no-one available to sign for your goods a card will usually left advising you of what action to take. This usually involves collecting the item from your local depot.
Please note a surcharge is payable for all Saturday deliveries and our couriers do not deliver on Sundays.
Availability/Out of Stock Items
If we’re out of stock of a certain item we may offer you a suitable replacement, which will be of the same or greater value. If you do not want this product, you may cancel your order and we will refund you if payment has already been taken.
All Fireactiv orders are packed in such a way that no damage should occur in transit. However occasionally packages are mishandled or lost.
The purchaser must inspect the condition of the packaging and of the goods upon delivery. In the event that an order is received and there is any damage, a claim must be submitted within one week, (7 days) of physical receipt.
Please note that In the event that your item has been lost or damaged in transit we will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Should your item arrive damaged do not dispose of the item before contacting us. We will require proof of any damage in order to make a claim for such damages with our couriers.
